We are looking for more volunteer and paid help as back ups for the following staff positions when regular staff is out of town or sick:

Lead Staff -- Responsible for managing the overall running of the breakfast shift "the person in charge", making sure staff and volunteers have what they need to work well during the shift, building relationships with guests and fielding guest questions, coordinating emergency response if needed during a shift.

Kitchen Manager -- Responsible for coordinating staff and volunteers to prepare a healthy, delicious, and appropriately sized breakfast meal. Responsible for ensuring compliance with health code in the kitchen. Responsible for complete clean up of kitchen and dining room
